The consultation period for the Northern Llandeilo Planning & Development Brief began today and will run until 6 November 2009.

The draft document prepared by CDN Planning sets out proposals for the development of Llandeilo’s northern fringe for approximately 200 homes and has been prepared within the context of the Carmarthenshire Unitary Development Plan.

The document has been endorsed by Carmarthenshire County Council for consultation purposes.
