CDN Planning has been instructed by North Somerset Council to produce a conceptual master plan for Pier Square in Weston-super-Mare.  The brief is to produce a picture that captures the imagination and inspires people; that shows Weston as a town eager to promote itself as daring, welcoming, exciting, interesting, lively - a place apart, distinct from other towns.
