Along with producing a new Renewable Energy SPG for Blaenau Gwent, CDN Planning is continually expanding its portfolio in this increasingly important sector.

Whenever possible, CDN Planning promotes sustainable development principles and encourages its clients to make use of sustainable building methods.  CDN Planning has two accredited EcoHomes Assessors to facilitate this move into more sustainable forms of development in Wales and the rest of the UK.

CDN Planning is currently revising its Environmental Policy to encourage a more sustainable work place.  As part of CDN Planning’s move towards a ‘greener’ office, we have moved into new premises at SA1 Swansea Waterfront with a BREEAM excellent rating.
