As part of the LDF process for North Somerset Council, a number of Action Area Plans are being prepared for areas of the district which will experience significant change within the plan period.  One of the areas identified is Weston-super-Mare town centre.

CDN Planning has been commissioned to produce a detailed master plan for the gateway area of the town centre which will become part of the Weston Town Centre Action Area Plan.
