CDN Planning have submitted a full planning application to create almost 3,000 sq m of service yard and car parking at a large factory premises near Neath.
The applicants, Groundhog (UK) Ltd, manufacture mobile and static welfare accomodation from their base in Aberdulais. Following years of success and growth, the company now need to expand, firstly with the creation of a large area of hardstanding for storage, car parking and servicing. The planning application has been organised by CDN Planning, supported by evidence prepared by Acer Ecology (biodiversity issues) and CB3 Consult (drainage and design).
The application will be considered by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and is likely to be determined in the new year.
