CDN Planning have submitted another appeal to the Planning Inspectorate for a detached dwelling that was refused planning permission in the City and County of Swansea.
The proposed dwelling would be situated behind an existing house situated on Hendrefoilan Road, which means that it is considered backland development. The Council have deemed the application unacceptable for two primary reasons being the scale and the impact on residential amenity. The reasons for refusal are now being contested in the grounds of appeal produced by CDN Planning scrutinises the Council’s reasons against local planning policy.
The Planning Inspectorate should reach a decision, via written representation, within the next fourteen weeks of 19th February 2018.
